Change minimum tab width?

In the most recent update, all tabs are the same width instead of compressing as I open more tabs. So I can only see a maximum of about 24 tabs on my browser window when it's full screen. I have 120+ open tabs, and I want to be able to see all of them at once so I can navigate around Without side scrolling. The ability to do this is the Main reason I use Opera.
Why was it changed? Who asked for this? How do I change it back?

Congratulations to the dev team at Opera for this idiotic change. I'm using Vivaldi now.

Not noticing this issue on Windows at least. Tab width shrinks as I open more tabs, even with "Enable tab scrolling when many tabs are open" enabled at
opera://settings/userInterface

@elephantitis Turn off "Enable tab scrolling when many tabs are open" in the settings (User interface)

@sorenfeodor Thanks, it worked for me by turning this off. Not sure how it was ever turned on. You have to go to advanced settings to find it.

Opera switched to turning it on by default. If you never messed with the option before, an update would cause you to accept the new default.
