Links Not Displaying Bottom Of Screen

When I hover my mouse over a link in a webpage, the hyperlink information would pop up at the bottom of the screen, showing me exactly where I'm going to go. That no longer works in Opera but works on every other browser I've got. It only works on the Speed Dial page. So, is this some new feature of Opera (a bad one at that) or did I accidentally disable it?

At the URL opera://settings/onStartup, if you have the startup option set to "Begin with fresh start page", set it to "Open a specific page or set of pages" and add just opera://startpage to the list. That should avoid the problem after you restart Opera.
