I Can't Redeem Drops on Twitch

Hi! I was having problems redeeming my drops on twich through Opera GX (i tried on another browser and it worked). So i tried cleaning the browser with the gx cleaner to see if it would help and also update it.

Unfortunately it didn't help and also gave me another problem. Since the gx cleaner erased all my data my twitch account logged-out and now I can't log at Twitch using Opera GX.

Please help me solve this haha i love this browser and I use Twitch a lot.

Hey!

I have the same issue. Since yesterday I can't buy bits on Twitch, collect channel points, buy subs or clip from live. I also tried it on other browsers and it works there. I cleaned cache, did not work. I like Opera GX, it has a lot of features i find very helpful, could you please help us with a solution?

Same here since yesterday. I'm unable to redeem channel points, follow, sub and/or check my notifications on Twitch. It worked fine for almost a year before yesterday. Going incognito fixes it for a short while.

Same problem here, opera one works but with operagx i cant use points/bits.

I just started having this issue a few days ago, i can't collect drops, check notifications and delete collected or unwanted prime drops notifications, i can't dropdown campaigns in the All Campaigns tab to see what drops that game is offering, i also can't have a stream running and muted in a non focused Tab without it going inactive anymore, i found a fix for that though, leave the stream un-muted and just mute the Tab itself.

It seems this is a dead thread though, but thought i would add my bit here to show it is STILL an issue, i tried all this in Edge and it all works fine, minus the Tab part, so that might be a new thing that Twitch has done to stop people doing it just for drops and not actually watching the stream, we all know they don't like the extensions that auto claim.
