Pegasus Mail HyperLinks do not open in Opera Browser

Win 10 Pro 64bit 21H2, Build 19044.1949 ; Opera 90.0.4480.84. This has worked flawlessly for years. Opera is not offered in Pegasus Mail settings, only MS Internet Explorer and MS Edge. When I click, I always end up in Windows System32! In the command line of the Pegasus Mail settings I ticked "Find browser automatically" or entered "opera.exe" with the appropriate path. Opera is definitely my default browser.
Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore. Can someone help me, please?
