Disable the built in PDF view / re-enable the question "Open or download"

Hi,

How do I disable the built in opera PDF Viewer?
I have an S22 Ultra and the built in PDF viewer is laggy as all hell.
Why and Why can't I find the setting to disable it?

After installing Adobe PDF from Play it should ask download or open with.

Another PDF viewer can be used too.
