Where is build-in VPN??

Just opened the browser and the vpn button is gone. I cannot find the vpn section in the settings. Is it region locked? Plz help

So I found it in the extensions, but it only works if I enable it here https://addons.opera.com/ru/extensions/details/opera-vpn/. It don't show in extensions on sidebar and there is no icon of it.

@volkt VPN may not be available in some regions.
