Can't uninstall Opera Neon

System Windows 10. I go to apps section, choose uninstall Opera Neon and at this moment Opera Neon starts. I click again delete Opera Neon. And computer notify me that I should close all Opera Neon windows. I close, click uninstall and the Opera window starts again. The circle has no end:)

Open up the Windows Task Manager, switch to the "Processes" tab and end process on any Opera Neon processes you see (if any).

Goto "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software" in Windows Explorer, right-click on the "Opera Neon" folder and delete it.

Then, open regedit and delete the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Opera Neon" key.

You can also delete the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Opera Software\Neon" key, the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Opera Software\Opera Neon" key, the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clients\StartMenuInternet\Opera Neon.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" key, the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\OperaHTML.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" key, the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\OperaHTML.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" key if it remains after deleting the previous key, and the "Opera Neon.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" string in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RegisteredApplications".

Then, you can delete any Opera Neon shortcuts (on your desktop etc.).
