Has the US proxy been removed in mini opera or is it a bug they are trying to solve?

Certainly! If you're looking to configure Opera Mini to use a proxy, follow these general steps:
Open Opera Mini on your device.
Access the settings: Look for the "Settings" option, usually represented by a gear or three vertical dots, and tap on it.
Navigate to the "Advanced" or "Privacy" section: Proxy settings are typically found under the advanced or privacy settings.
Find the "Proxy" or "Network" settings: Depending on the version of Opera Mini, these settings might be labeled differently.
