(Remark. The bug exists from ~June 2021.
Inet connection is slow from ~June 2021.
Inet connection is very slow from ~October 2021.
On Jan 2022 I updated root certificate isrgrootx1.der of Win7-64 (2012) from https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.der for opening more sites. But Opera didn't open all sites.)

Today I downloaded newest browser SlimJet. The bug is also exist.

Today I downloaded newest browser Firefox.
Firefox opened 100% sites of inet! Firefox contains new biltin certificates.
      I turned off option -
'Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates'.
Firefox opened 100% sites of inet very fast!!
So many people are upgrading Opera to Firefox...
But Firefox has too old disain of interface and too small functions...

        Better translation.
I've been using the latest Opera USB for two years on my laptop (Win7-64 2012).
An example of an error. I can't open the picture:
        https://www.itl.cat/pngfile/big/167-1679035_clouds-4k-wallpaper-pc-background-beautiful-clouds-in.jpg

Note. The error started around June 2021.
From June 2021, some sites began to open slowly. Some sites stopped opening.
Since October 2021, 90% of Internet sites began to open very slowly, or stopped opening at all.
        Since January 2021 I have updated the root certificate isrgrootx1.der (Win7-64 2012) from https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.der
25% of Internet sites began to open, and quickly.
But Opera did not open 100% of Internet sites.

Today I downloaded the latest SlimJet browser. Same error.

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox browser.
Firefox opened 100% of Internet sites quickly!
        Because Firefox contains built-in certificates.
I turned off the Firefox option:
'Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates'.
Firefox opened 100% of Internet sites very quickly!!
That's why many people upgrade Opera to Firefox…
But Firefox has too old a design and too few options…
