Question: why doesn't the Opera site open when I search it from LibreWolf?

In Egypt, a number of VPNs were forbidden, including Opera- the Opera site itself can't be reached, and now I can only find it out when I use Tor.

I downloaded LibreWolf because it seemed like a secure browser, but when I tried to test it by going to the Opera website, I got blocked. What's up with that?

@lawrencetranmr As far as I know, Opera sites are blocked on Egypt.
