How to import my passwords from Microsoft Edge to Opera ?

I've already tried to export my passwords from edge to a csv file on my desktop. Then I enabled the import passwords flag in opera and clicked on the 3 dots in the passwords tab. But ones I imported the csv file, nothing happens, the passwords won't appear. I've already tried this with a csv file from chrome, but it's the same. Nothing happens.
Any Solutions?
