New Opera's flags:
#address-bar-dropdown-unfiltered-full - enabled (ready to test)
Show the top sites and recently closed in unfiltered suggestions.

#autoupdater-allow-ipv6 - disabled (work in progress)
When enabled, allows IPv6 connections during update procedure.

#snap-from-panel - disabled (work in progress)
Enable the Snap tool from the sidebar panel with Easy Files.

Removed flag #easy-files-multiupload.

New Opera's flag #vpn-pro - disabled (work in progress)
Enables Opera's premium VPN.

The flag #easy-files-multiupload is back and enabled by default (ready to test it).
