[Duplicated]Opera Crashes and I lose all my open tabs

From time to time, my Opera shuts down and instantly restarts - but all my open tabs have gone.
Then I get a message saying Opera has just recovered from a crash.

1. How can it crash when I'm just reading something (i.e. not touching the computer or mouse at the time of the "crash)?
2. How can I get my tabs back? This si a major nuisance, especially when I'm in the middle of something I came across by accident and wanted to view.
