Copying data from portable installation

I currently have a portable version of Opera. I've always been able to have it check for and install updates. However, it was unable to check for updates to get this latest version. I simply downloaded the portable version of this latest update, and was able to transfer all of my extensions, bookmarks and passwords to this latest update simply by copying over my profile folder.
I think I'd like to install it on my computer because I can't make a portable version my default browser. Here's my question. How do I copy all of that over if I were to go from a portable version to an installed version?

Your profile files and folders are in the "profile/data" folder in your portable installation.
"Cache" and "System Cache" folders in the "data" folder go in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable"
Everything else in the "data" folder goes in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable".
Just make sure the target folders are empty first before you copy (don't move, so you still have the originals) the files and folders over. while all Operas are closed. Then, things should be fine as long as you've only used the portable installation with your "yourusername" account.
