[Solved] Startup URL Blocked

Hello, I just recently started having this strange thing occur whenever I click a link from within my desktop email client, Opera blocks the url and requires me to give it permission to load. Attaching screenshot.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help!

@jeremymorris There is a setting for it, check the On Startup section.
