Do you know why it could say "For security reasons, framing is not allowed; click OK to remove the frames", because it is only an iframe (iframes are used to put websites to another website, which it is not allowed on some sites)(it is also the reason it could not work offline), and I see that it is last updated more than 6 years ago, so I suggest that the developer will never update it
