Opera 66 adds in-app purchases

I've seen that the Opera 66.2 update add in-app purchases. I would like to know the reason for this because I have not found the post with information about this new version.

@avmon might be regulation rules of Google play because Opera has wallet function which I don't use but some do. Google is very strict.

According to Opera Web Browser and Google Chrome, the work of Opera Web Browser is very slow. Opera web browser should come with a fast feature.
