Unable to launch Opera GX

I recently installed Opera GX today, and it created the icon on my desktop/taskbar. However, when I click on either of the icons, the loading screen (the thing that shows Opera GX and the logo + plays sound) shows up, and then nothing else happens. Task manager shows nothing as far as I can see either. Not sure what version I have installed, but in the install location there's a folder called "82.0.4227.50", so I assume that is the version.

• This icon does nothing apart from described activity when clicked.
  
• This also does nothing apart from described activity when clicked.
  

This is all that appears when I click on both.

If you need a file from the install folder, I'll gladly send them if I know how to.

@awildpotato Is your Windows user associated with a Microsoft Family account by chance?

@leocg Not sure to be honest, but knowing how it is set up it probably is. (My dad forces us to give him tech to set up and so he probably added it. He did it to my old laptop so it wouldn't surprise me if he did it with this one)
