No Opera Sync Option on iOS

I agree, this is somewhat insane. Just downloaded Opera for ARM on a new Mac mini after seeing an article about workspaces, which I love, and really have enjoyed using it for the last few days. Now I have downloaded the iOS version and I cannot sign in to sync (I have scanned the FLOW QR code) but there are no way to access the bookmarks that I use all day every day? What? This is certainly an instant dealbreaker for the iOS version, despite the great performance, and is likely going to force me out of the macOS version as well since I cannot sync bookmark data which is literally the ONLY data I want/need to sync. This is a very curious design decision.

Having the same issue. I've been looking at the FAQ/help section, and trying to find the so called "O" (opera logo) on IOS browser as to log in, for about an hour, but to no avail ! "My Flow" function seems not to be the sync, so I presume there has to be a log in option somewhere.

@herrsafurius I have gotten Opera Sync to work with my PC and my Iphone and Ipad. It seemed like a convoluted process, but I was able to sign in to my Opera account on my Iphone and it works. My only complaint is the bookmarks are not in the same order on my PC as the IOS devices.

How did you do it? Can you guide me through the process?

After Iphone hard reset there are now more possible to get Opera mini with sync option. But I found other solution. In iphone opera open sync.opera.com. All dektop fivorites are here. Login and put in favorites.

I just got my first iPad and noticed there are no bookmarks which is a deal breaker for me. I'm migrating everything over to Brave, which is sad as I've been a happy Opera user for many years - until now. My guess is that replacing bookmarks with Flow was a UX designers wet dream which Opera management bought, hook line and sinker.

@leocg So, why it can't "co-exist" on iOS too? And don't tell me same lame excuses how iOS browsers aren't really whatever they are elsewhere. I don't know why Firefox can perfectly sync stuff. And how Opera could with Opera Mini before they sacked it. Or how Chrome, Edge and to some degree Brave (buggy but it has sync).

Would really like to use opera. But syncing tabs, history and passwords automatically like every other browser out there really is a must.
Really hope they wake up and gets this sorted.

@nischi85 It seems the lack of sync will result in reduced usage for Opera. If it does, maybe they will get a clue and fix it. I still minimally use Opera but no longer depend on it because I can’t access bookmarks on iOS.

It's such a shame really, I love the 'on the move' feel to the browser, it's so easy to use quickly. But, Edge / chrome / Firefox has shown us that full syncing on iOS is completely possible and working as intended

Opera Browser, former Opera Touch, doesn't have Sync.
Then implement it it is a vital feature.
