I forgot my sync password

I formatted my computer and have 171 passwords saved in the Opera account. Passwords are synced, but I forgot the sync master password and can't remember it.
I would like to know if there is another way to recover the passwords... I have all the data to prove that I am the old user of the Opera account, how can I recover my passwords? If I reset my password, do I lose the saved data??

@hopekun You need the old Opera account password to have access to the synced saved passwords.
If you just change your Opera account password you probably won't lost your saved passwords, but still won't be able to access them. In the other hand, if you reset your passphrase, them all your synced data will be lost.

I just want to say, this system sucks.
After several attempts, believing that I lost my mind, I had to "re-install" (and juggle) Opera so the "passphrase" would take my old password as correct.
And not being able to contact anyone from Opera with a system like this..... is nonsense. Not to mention that I doubt that linking it to the OS is a great idea.
In short, you have to know your last password yes and yes, and there is no information or "warning", saying "don't think that 'reset password' will help you".
