Opera GX force turns off Nvidia Shadow Play/Instant Replay and Recording while it is running.

So I have recently gotten Opera GX and so far I am liking it. However, one thing that I use my computer for is to save different videos and screenshots that I acquire from playing different games or just something funny that happened on some other app.
Now for some reason, when Opera GX is open and running, it will force turn off my Nvidia Instant Replay, Recording, and even Screenshots through the Nvidia Panel. And I cannot reactivate it in my panel, no matter how many times I spam the buttons. I first thought it was my drivers, but quickly remembered they were updated a few days back. I proceeded to close Opera GX and sure enough I can now use my features.
So, the obvious culprit is that Opera GX just doesn't want to let Nvidia use it's nifty feature. I don't know if it is a setting that I just have to tick, a change in text within the files I need to alter, or am I just forced to do extra steps to use a feature which other web browsers have no problem of doing?
If this is the case for the latter, then I am not sure what to do. I have good patience, but I hate tedious routines. If any one has any solutions, please let me know. Thanks.

I'm getting the same issue too. To reproduce I:
- Have Opera running Netflix and watching a show.
- Open Nvidia overlay on the dektop, select Instant Replay, and choose "Turn On"
- Replay does not turn on
- Close Opera entirely
- Open Nvidia overlay on the dektop, select Instant Replay, and choose "Turn On"
- Replay does turn on

I just tried this and had the same issue while running Netflix. I posted a reply that's pending approval. That said, I did the same thing with Chrome and it actually behaved exactly the same way. That is to say, Netflix seems to be turning off Instant Replay. I wonder if this is an Nvidia- or OS-level feature to avoid having record content and redistribute it.
