The Stable channel has been updated to 81.0.4196.31 ;-)

This version brings to you the Fast Tab Tooltips.
When you hover on a tab, it shows more extensive tooltip, that displays full title of the tab and domain.
Also, if there are more tabs opened from the same domain, they will be listed in that tooltip too.
 
New Opera's flags - disabled by default (work in progress):
#automatic-video-popout
When enabled, shows settings allowing to align the Video Pop-out behaviour with Video Conference pop-out behaviour.
 
#open-new-tabs-right-to-parent
When enabled, opening a tab from a link will always put the new tab right to the tab where the link was clicked.
 
The flags #fast-tab-tooltip and #no-vpn-credentials-delay are enabled in this version (ready to use).
 
Removed flag #system-theme.
 
Chromium is updated to 95.0.4638.54, which includes a lot of important security fixes.
