I have posted an issue about libffmpeg with Opera in GitHub here. Not sure if it is an issue with the update of the browser or system architecture.

@lavanyadeepak-0 it needs newer version.
Restore back original libffmpeg.so and then use this https://github.com/Ld-Hagen/fix-opera-linux-ffmpeg-widevine

Now my Opera Stable for Linux is able to play media on Twitter, Facebook and elsewhere
