Some forms are crashing on all browsers (Opera as well)

Forms are crashing depending on what they use. I'm not entirely sure but a good example of what crashes on all browsers is login.ionis.co.uk. Tons of other forms are crashing as well but I am not sure why.
- I can still have multiple applications open
- I can run videos at the same time so the memory isn't an issue.
- I believe it's forms that use a lot of Javascript seem to crash.
What can I do? Same problem on Mozilla, chrome, firefox, brave. opera, you name it.
