Address bar malfunction after hibernation

Version: 80.0.4170.16

After system goes to hibernate and wakes up, address bar becomes non-functional: no suggestions, entered URLs won't open. New windows opened have no this issue. Shift+Enter works as well. Happens always but only when hibernation lasts for some reasonable time.
