white filter on top of videos

i have a white filter on top of videos, there is another topic on this forum and i tried the solution but nothing worked for me.

this filter also appears on the discord app (not the opera gx one)
any way to fix this?

@guack I would check the graphics card, maybe update the driver.

I'm always updating it and the problem only happens with this browser, i had brave and this doesn't happen
