Opera flow on mobile won't connect to desktop

Running the latest Opera on my PC and Opera "full" on my cell.
When I try to install/connect to Flow on my cell, I scan the barcode but consistently get a "failed to connect" error. Any advice please? -

If your phone does not support Google services, then the problem is with them. I myself have faced this problem because I have Huawei.
