Hovering over links doesn't show link address

Ever since the last update 21.0.1432 hovering over links doesn't reveal the address anymore.

It appears for me. What's your Windows version, graphics card and do you have its latest drivers installed?

Nvm, I uninstalled the packaged, went to another browser, couldn't deal with it, returned back to Opera and all the sudden the issue was solved. Might have been some bug that occurred after the update.

When you returned, Opera jumped a few hoops to give you that feature.
It was a way of saying, "Welcome home." -

(I've already written this on the Desktop Team blog: )
I suspect it is related to the flag Impl-side painting. Resetting it in opera:flags brings back the floating bar showing link url on hover.
