Facebook Webcam from others won't show up

Hi, I did have the same problem on my laptop and I did a reset of Opera and it fixed my problem but now it will do the same on my PC and yes I did a reset too. The problem is the webcam and sound is working on my side, but I can't see them but can hear them.. yes they can see me and hear me.

Sorry for my bad english if I do mistakes.

I uninstalled Opera today and reinstall it and still not working
but if I use Google Chrome it's working. Maybe it's due to an update... ?
