Is it possible to definitively delete the amazon button which appears close to the addon button ?
I am able to spin it off but it come back each time I open opera.

A solution proposed by burnout426 on the subject Amazon Promotion Extension

If you just have the icon where the actual extension hasn't been installed, goto https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/amazon-for-opera/ and install the extension. Then, remove the extension. That should get rid of the icon and hopefully stop it from coming back.

It worked for me.
