Pages don't load

Good evening, two days ago I reinstalled Windows on my computer and installed Opera (64-bit). At first it seems to work well but after a few minutes the web pages take a while to load or just don't load, as if I wasn't connected to the internet, which I don't, since I try another browser (where I write from) and everything works fine. is there any way to solve this problem? Since I tried installing the latest version but it doesn't work either.

What version of Windows? Did you make sure Windows is completely updated after you reinstalled? It can be important in this case, especially with Windows 10.
