Can't connect my computer and my phone together

Hi, it's pretty simple, i can't connect the "flow". When i try it says "impossible to connect, the connexion has been refused on the other device" (rough translation i speak french)
Can someone help me ?

@noahf Unless you are using Opera Touch, you need to connect using that link. It's even in the instructions when you open My Flow in Opera for Android.
