For me, outside United States, the page doesn't load at all. In any browser. Probably intended this way
Different browsers give their own error messages: Unable to load, a problem occurred, connection refused, etc.

what news a network or outlet reports or does not report is not up to the subject of that reporting, but to the news group reporting it
