Opera GX doesnt start.

I have been using opera GX for about a year now until this morning when i clicked "restore down" and it vanisched. The app icon itself is still appearing on my home screen but when i try to open it i can't see anything. when I hover over the icon with my mouse it says it opened the app but when i click on it, it doesn't appear on my screen. If anybody has some tips on how to fix this please let me know!

i cant open my opera,
i tried restarting my laptop but it still wont open
the launching is fine but i just cant get into the browser
ik other people ask this but it did not help for me
please tell me what i should do.
