Turn off Website sound

Is it even possible to turn off sound for website?
Went through all settings, but couldn't find

Click the expand arrow at the bottom of the page to see. Settings for additional content options. On the Sound settings tab, select to open the Sound settings window. When it opens, the Sound settings page will appear. Click the toggle button to Allow sites to play sound if you don't want it to happen.
