@michifaso: click in the "GTE" icon, go to settings icon, "emote & channels" tab, inside this tab click in betterTV and check "Enable Global BetterTTV Emotes"

Works, but you have to go into the options and turn on everything, even adding the stream names you want to load.

It should be the opposite. Auto enable all mods (FFZ and BTTV) and all channels. Add a block channel option.

4/5 stars until they make it a true 5 star mod.

I found an extension that let's you use chrome extensions. It's called install chrome extensions, here's the link https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/install-chrome-extensions/ Once I got this, I just used the chrome BTTV extension and it works now.

cool idea with adding bttv everywhere it just needs a few more emotes to be added

Well tried what previous comments have said, I can't get the BTTV emotes to work.
@zorlonder posted a link but the extension is no longer available sadly. If anyone knows a troubleshoot I would love to hear it.

I tried this again hoping for an update, seeing it still doesn't work I went to Google.
I found that you can get an extension from BTTV themselves. Just go to their website and hit Add to Opera. Odd it doesn't show up in results when you search for it.
It also works, just have to refresh if you're already in a stream.
