The tab has been postponed to save memory

All the time when accessing a new tab that notification appears, deactivate the tab snooze but it keeps happening.
I have 16gb Ram 3200mhz.
Any other way to disable this? It started to happen yesterday.

In the notification itself it appears to disable but it doesn't work, and I didn't find another option in the config
