Opening bookmarks,history, etc in new tab

There is a setting to open bookmarks and history in new tab but I can't find it so would anyone help me since i'm used to one click rather and ctrl + click, thank you.

@truongwfaan If you mean to open Bookmarks and History pages in a tab instead of a panel, It's in Sidebar settings.
