Opera extension store not working

When I go to https://addons.opera.com, it loads for about 40 seconds before telling me "This site can’t be reached
addons.opera.com took too long to respond." This is happening to me Only to this site, and I cant figure out a fix.

@setarip Did you check in two or three different days? In different times of the day? With other browsers? In different networks? With different ISPs? With VPN on?

By the way, the extensions page is loading fine here.

@leocg It still doesnt load with other browsers, my country probably blocked opera. I try to use the built in VPN but that doesnt work and i cant get google web store extension vpns because opera needs an extension and i cant go to the extension store

@setarip Probably Opera VPN is blocked too, try using a different one.

@leocg Yes, I was searching for a free VPN that actually works and I found one
