Update to the new version of Telegram Web

Hi, can the opera team make telegram in the sidebar open up the new and updated Web App at webk.telegram.org or webz.telegram.org?

The new app:

Is more responsive
Has new animations
Has better UI
Has dark mode
Is more polished overall

The old web.telegram.org simply looks like a pile of trash in front of the new app.
