Speed Dial icons are blank

The Speed Dial icons are not appearing as they should be. On my other windows account this does not happen but on my default user account this problem arrises. I tried uninstalling Opera from my other acc and my initial acc, but no options work. Please Help

@thehackerboy200 They are not blank, they are normal.
Do you mean that they don't have a thumbnail?
