Encrypting extension settings when using a passphrase

Hello!
If I copy the browser's personal data along with the extension settings and encrypt it with a passphrase, then when I transfer it to another PC, the encrypted extension settings will no longer be available and the extension settings will not be restored, right? -

Correct in that Opera encrypts some of your data and protects some of your data from being used on another account (on the same PC or a different one). This includes extension stuff. Whether you yourself encrypt Opera's profile in some way before transferring it to another computer makes no difference. The data is already encrypted/protected.
Opera does make an exception for extensions in standalone/portable installations though. You should be able to transfer those to a new PC and keep extensions and their data. I think passwords will still fail to be recognized on the other computer though. But, you an rely on an extension for a password manager instead or rely on Opera Sync to sync passwords, but export your passwords first just in case. Speaking of that, you can just export your passwords and import them on the other PC.
