Turn off Auto Update!

I would like to suggest that a "switch" be added for turning "AutoUpdate" on or off, also that when an update occurs the "user" be given the opportunity to remove "old" copies of Opera from the computer!

I have included a couple of images for the reason of my request!

@sharkyca If the update happens without issues, only a couple of old versions are kept.
