change Opera's “speed dial” images

sorry for my english, I change Opera thumbnails in the speed dial, I saved the bookmarks, formatted the PC, reinstalled opera, reloaded the bookmarks, but these appear to me without the images I had saved in the speed dial. Do I have to do it all over again every time? mine is the latest version of Opera, 74.0.3911.107

You need to make a backup of both the "Bookmarks" file and the "Bookmarks Extra" file in Opera's profile folder. Then, you use those backups to replace the existing ones in the new Opera profile on the new install of Windows. That should restore both the bookmarks and thumbnails.
