Transfer bookmarks from Opera mini to Opera

Is there any way to transfer my bookmarks from Opera mini to Opera? Both apps are on the same phone. I decided to upgrade to Opera, but I don't want to lose my bookmarks. Is there any way to sync them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in advance.
