Unable to search for bookmarks in Address Bar

I'd love for the address bar to be able to search bookmarks. Is this possible? I searched for a setting and couldn't find anything. Currently it seems like it only searches through history. Thanks!

@bmccormick if you have bookmarks, they will appear as suggestions if they match what you are searching.

Ok so you think this should be default behavior? I disabled all my extensions but this is what i am seeing:
