Macro Keys not working in the Opera browser

So I just recently downloaded Opera and I like it since it brings a fresh perspective in the form of a browser. But I have a bit of a problem, all of my macro keys are working, I use a Razer mouse and keyboard, except for the macro keys relating to music. I have macro keys assigned for playing the next music track and previous track on Spotify but they don't seem to work inside the browser and I find it a bit uncomfortable since this is how I was accustomed to using the computer, a shortcut for everything. Can you guys help me out?
