Opera simply won't open

Looking at the screen, attempting to open opera, the screen shows an error message, which occurred last time I installed the GX version, after I updated my computer. It seems that the update has rendered the browser useless. What do I do?

Maybe just delete this version of Opera and install it one more time. Download a different exe file. In my case it always works with other programms.
