Twitch does not appear in the sidebar

Hello. I 've never had Twitch in the sidebar and i dont know why. The option does not appeat in the Sidebar Setupp and in Setting i have an option but this does not do anything. That is all the information that i can give

Opera version: LVL 2 (core: 71.0.3770.323)
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bits)
