Block Opera to load webpages in the background

When Opera starts my setting is "Retain tabs from previous session" but I don't want Opera to load pages which I haven't (re)visited yet.
How can I block Opera to load webpages in the background??

@kimw Maybe you can try finding some extension to do it.

@kimw There is a setting to delay the loading but there isn't one to avoid the loading to happen.

I know that.
But I want to block totally the loading of background tabs on Opera startup.
Yet I haven't found a solution. There is no extension which can do that.
